Natural Home Remedies for Cough and Chest Congestion

Image
Coughs and chest congestion are common symptoms of colds and infections. While  medication  can help, herbal treatments at home can also be used to alleviate these symptoms. To start, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, such as warm drinks with honey, broth, or lemon water. Herbal teas like chamomile, peppermint, and thyme have anti-inflammatory effects, making it easier to cough up phlegm. Inhale steam as a clean decongestant by taking a steamy bath, using a humidifier, or boiling water. Add menthol drops or eucalyptus oil to reinforce the results. Honey can soothe sore throats and suppress coughs by mixing 1–2 teaspoons into tea, warm water, or lemon water. Mixing honey, warm water, and cinnamon can create a homemade cough syrup. Use a humidifier and clean the air to reduce coughs and congestion. Open windows, use HEPA air purifiers, and vacuum to remove irritants. Get extra rest to focus on fighting infection and less on daily activities. Take regular naps or go to bed ear

Tech giants to counter AI Deception in 2024 election

Image
At the  Munich Security Conference , 20 tech giants formed the “Tech Cord” alliance to combat AI fraud in global elections by 2024. The alliance focuses on AI or special algorithms to combat false information, and it is neither politically biased nor designed to limit freedom of expression. As India prepares for the  2024 elections , there is growing concern that AI is being used for fraud. The problem is that AI propagates fake news and lies that can corrupt people’s choices. Deepfakes, which are fake videos, audio, and images, can be easily created and mislead people. Deep faking is inexpensive and easy to create misleading results, and it can also mislead viewers, suggest false actions or information, and spread misinformation. The  Tech Cord  Agreement aims to develop intelligent software to detect and prevent fake news during the 2024 elections. The tech companies involved promise to be open about how their AI works, allowing everyone to check if it is doing its job properly. Th
