Delhi Police Launches Investigation after Drone Spotted near Prime Minister’s Residence
A security alert was triggered when a drone was spotted hovering above Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi ’s residence in New Delhi on July 3. The incident came to light when the Delhi Police received information from the Special Protection Group (SPG) in the early morning. The drone was reportedly flying in the no-fly zone designated over the Prime Minister’s residence, which is located at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi. The Delhi Police conducted extensive searches in the vicinity but found no trace of the unidentified drone mentioned in the initial report.
