CSK Wins 5th Title, Crowned As Champions Of IPL 2023

  Chennai Super Kings (CSK) clinched their fifth   Indian Premier League   (IPL) title in an exciting final at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. They equaled the record set by the Mumbai Indians with this victory. The rain-curtailed match saw CSK restrict the Gujarat Titans to a challenging total of 214/4. In their chase, CSK successfully reached the revised target of 171 runs, thanks to solid performances by Ruturaj Gaikwad, Devon Conway, and the match-winning boundary hit by Ravindra Jadeja on the final ball. CSK’s captain MS Dhoni achieved significant milestones during the final, becoming the first Indian wicket-keeper to record 300 dismissals in T20 cricket and playing his 250th  IPL  match, the most by any player in the tournament’s history. CSK’s triumph highlighted their resilience and ability to perform under pressure, solidifying their status as one of the most successful IPL franchises.

KKR Defeat RCB By 8 Wickets, Record Biggest Win Of IPL 2023

  In a thrilling match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 8 wickets, recording the biggest win of the tournament so far. RCB batted first and scored a respectable total of 170 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. Virat Kohli was the top scorer for RCB with a brilliant knock of 89 runs off 54 balls. KKR bowlers put up a good show, with Pat Cummins and Varun Chakravarthy taking two wickets each. In reply, KKR chased down the target in just 16.3 overs with 8 wickets in hand. Nitish Rana and Shubman Gill gave KKR a solid start, scoring 73 runs in the first 7 overs. Rana scored 70 runs off just 34 balls, while Gill scored 56 runs off 33 balls. Rahul Tripathi also played a handy knock of 29 runs off 17 balls to take KKR to victory.
