India Will Witness the Launch of Three New Airlines — Shankh Air, Air Kerala & Alhind Air

India’s aviation industry is set for expansion with the arrival of three new airlines—Shankh Air, Air Kerala, and Alhind Air. These new entrants are expected to enhance domestic connectivity and cater to the growing demand for air travel in the country.

Shankh Air is reportedly focusing on regional routes, aiming to bridge connectivity gaps between tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Air Kerala, a long-discussed project, is likely to serve expatriate communities, especially from the Gulf region, ensuring better travel options for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Meanwhile, Alhind Air, backed by the well-established Alhind Group, is expected to offer a mix of domestic and international services.

With India’s aviation sector recovering and expanding, the launch of these airlines could introduce competitive fares, improved services, and greater accessibility for travelers. Their entry will also contribute to job creation and boost the country’s economic growth. The coming months will reveal how these airlines position themselves in the dynamic Indian market.
