Daikin Invests Rs 500 Crore in R&D Hub in Rajasthan

 


Daikin, the Japanese air-conditioning giant, has invested Rs 500 crore to establish a new Research and Development (R&D) center in Neemrana, Rajasthan. This facility marks a significant step toward strengthening Daikin's innovation capabilities in India, focusing on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies.

The new center will support product development tailored to Indian climatic conditions and consumer needs, while also serving as a hub for innovation across South Asia and emerging markets. Daikin’s move highlights its long-term commitment to the Indian market and aligns with the government’s "Make in India" initiative.
