Tamil Nadu to Offer 100 Mbps Internet for ₹200 by 2025

The Tamil Nadu government has announced plans to provide high-speed internet at an affordable rate to households across the state. By the end of 2025, residents will be able to access a 100 Mbps broadband connection for just ₹200 per month.

This move aims to boost digital connectivity, support education, business, and daily life, and bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas. The initiative is part of the state’s broader efforts to strengthen its digital infrastructure and ensure affordable internet access for all.
