India Launches First Direct Air Cargo Mission to Antarctica

India has successfully sent its first direct air cargo mission to Antarctica, utilizing a Russian IL-76 aircraft. This historic mission marks a significant step in strengthening India’s polar research capabilities by ensuring faster and more efficient delivery of essential supplies to its research stations.
