India–US Defence Chiefs Meet in Kuala Lumpur

 


Defence Minister Rajnath Singh met U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth in Kuala Lumpur to discuss deepening strategic defence cooperation and enhancing regional security frameworks. 

The meeting underscored the growing alignment between India and the United States on maintaining stability in the Indo-Pacific, promoting defence technology collaboration, and advancing joint military exercises. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to a free, open, and rules-based regional order.
