BYD Unveils EV With 1,036 km Range

Breakthrough in Electric Vehicle Range

Chinese automaker BYD has revealed a new electric vehicle that it claims offers the world’s longest driving range on a single charge. The car can travel up to 1,036 kilometers, setting a new benchmark in the global EV industry.

Advanced Battery Technology

The impressive range is made possible by BYD’s latest high-density battery technology, designed to maximize efficiency while maintaining performance. The battery system allows drivers to travel long distances without frequent charging, addressing one of the biggest concerns for EV users.

Competitive Pricing

Despite its advanced technology, the vehicle is priced competitively. The starting price is around $39,100 (approximately ₹35 lakh), making it more accessible compared to many long-range electric cars currently available in the market.

Strengthening BYD’s Global EV Push

The launch highlights BYD’s ambition to strengthen its position in the rapidly growing electric vehicle sector. With longer range, improved battery performance, and competitive pricing, the company aims to attract both domestic and international buyers as demand for EVs continues to rise.
